Plan check

we received the plan check comments for palisades project. from the city , they aren’t too bad. Few problems; our site was ESA (civil engineer missed it, did the wrong calcs). but gosh these engineers just take too long to fix anything. On top of that we are required to submit a landscape plan with plants and irrigation. Plan… seeking a landscape designer or architect… when will this ever be done!

Finally Submitted building plans for the Pacific Palisades Residence ! The current house we are working on is on the hillside west of LA. We needed 3 prior applications/approval to even submit our plans… It’s never easy. Now we have to wait 9 weeks to hear back.

When can we move in??
